Cost will depend on the type of event, how large of an event, and if you are also taking advantage of C.A.R.E. Once we gather all of your information we send back options that have the price included. Once you have decided what works for you the decision is made. No hidden costs or extra fees will show up on your bill.

Yes, we highly recommend booking in advance the more notice the better. If you are a last minute planner or other things fell through and you need something AMAZING, don’t worry, We’ll gladly accommodate you if we are available.

Even last minute bookings should try to be confirmed at least 4 days prior to your event. This gives opportunity to make your event as personalized as possible and gives a little room for changes that may be nescessary.

Who what where when WHY

We typically arrive 1 hour ahead of your event, (unless it is a very large event we may arrive 2-3 hours ahead of time) to insure that all is in order and ready to go when you are ready to begin.

ABSOLUTELY!!! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we maintain a family-friendly environment in all of our activities and adventures. While participants of all ages are welcome, we kindly request that children aged 13 and under are accompanied by an adult. It’s important for the younger ones to have a responsible guardian present throughout the game.

For participants under the age of 18, we kindly ask that their parent or legal guardian signs the waiver on their behalf prior to their participation. Safety is our top priority, and this requirement helps us maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all.

Although all our activities are recommended for ages 8 and older, we believe that our puzzles and challenges may require help from an older participant. It’s a fantastic opportunity for children and adults alike to come together, collaborate, and solve mysteries as a team. So bring your family and friends of all ages, and embark on an adventure filled with excitement, brain-teasers, and unforgettable moments.

WHO what where when why?

Regrettably, we are unable to provide refunds due to the nature of our events and demand for spaces. However, if you choose to add the booking insurance at time of booking you will get 50% back (minus the donation amount for charities if you took advantage of C.A.R.E.) if inform us at least 48 hours in advance. 

If you were planning an outdoor event and weather made you cancel we do not refund. We do talk about this when reserving and strongly suggest that you have a back up plan for this possibility. If we are available on another date, we may reschedule with you for a $100 convenience fee.

For a truly enjoyable adventure, we suggest a minimum of 4 people to join our thrilling escape rooms, and 8 people for team building events. Depending on the activity you choose, the maximum capacity could be in the hundreds.

Your friendly Adventure Guides are actively monitoring things going on and are ready to assist you with any help needed. They are there to support you throughout your experience, ensuring that you stay engaged and on track. Feel free to seek their guidance whenever you’re stuck or in need of a little nudge in the right direction. However, be prepared for a fun twist – your Adventure Guide may ask you to complete a task or challenge in exchange for the help they provide. It adds an extra layer of excitement and interaction to the activity, making your experience even more enjoyable. Embrace the challenge and get ready for an immersive adventure filled with surprises and clever hints that will lead you closer to victory.

Absolutely no pictures or videos of the puzzles within the activity. We want to maintain the challenge and preserve the excitement for all our players. However, feel free to capture the fun with pictures and videos of yourself, your team, your rivals, your completed tasks, and your donation benefactors before, during and after the activity.

In case of an emergency, you are allowed to take phone calls, but we recommend minimizing distractions to fully immerse yourself in the game. Our top priority is ensuring that you have an incredible and unforgettable experience.

This is another FANTASTICAL part of in-person activities offered by Fuzzle Phase. We don’t set the time, you do. We just offer what will fit best within the time you are looking to fill from 30 minutes to 8 hours, and in some instances 1 week.

Get ready for an exhilarating and challenging adventure! Our activitied are meticulously designed to fully immerse you in the experience, so be prepared to bend, reach, and step over obstacles as you navigate through different tasks and tackle exciting challenges. 

After the excitement, one of your Adventure Guides (Event facilitators) will meet with your group to discuss your progress and answer any questions you may have about the experience. We’re here to ensure that you have a memorable and enjoyable time from start to finish. Are you ready to put your skills to the test and conquer the mysteries that await? Get ready for an adventure that will challenge and delight you every step of the way!

All you need to bring is a positive attitude and a sense of excitement to conquer our thrilling adventures and activities (unless your C.A.R.E. experience requires something from you -which will be known prior to finalizing the booking)!

However, we highly recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, as you may encounter situations where you need to bend, reach, and step over or through objects while unraveling the game’s challenges. Being dressed comfortably will enhance your mobility and overall experience, ensuring that nothing hinders your progress in solving the game’s mysteries. So, put on your favorite casual attire, lace up your most comfortable shoes, and get ready for an adventure that will keep you on your toes!
